There are of course scenarios where B is located lower and deeper and still pattern looks so harmonic, with perfect AB=CD that it's too tempting for some traders to skip the opportunity.
We just had such an Gartley example on Forex EURJPY pair. It's a continuation Gartley pattern with pretty perfect AB=CD, although point B is located at 88.6.
